All free samples are provided on an EXW (Ex Works) basis from our facility. This means that the samples themselves are free of charge; however, shipping costs are not included and must be covered by the customer. Customers may choose to arrange their own courier or provide their shipping account number for freight billing.

9.2 Eligibility for Free Samples:
Free samples are available exclusively to legally constituted companies operating in relevant industries. We do not provide free samples to individuals, informal businesses, or entities that cannot demonstrate legal or professional standing.

 

9.3 Authorization and Discretion:
We reserve the full right to approve or decline any sample request at our sole discretion, regardless of eligibility. The decision to send free samples is based on various internal criteria, including but not limited to the type of company, business potential, and alignment with our distribution strategy.
